Tokyo District Court, Japan, has rejected Apple's lawsuit against Samsung for alleged patent infringement in the Galaxy smartphones and tablets. With this victory, the South Korean tech giant also avoid seeking compensation 100 million yen, or about USD 12 billion.
Jury Chairman Tamotsu Shoji has decided to reject Apple charges for a number of patent infringement in a number of phones and tablets in particular from the Galaxy family which is marketed by Samsung Japan Corp. in Japan.
